Cardio Core will increase your heart rate using low-impact movements and focus on core engagement for the first 30 minutes of instruction. Modifications will be shown to increase or decrease the intensity throughout the class. Light weights, Pilates balls, sliders and steppers will be used. The last 25 minutes of class will focus on a body cool-down using stretches, breathing and self-myofascial release with foam rollers to increase mobility and reduce muscle soreness.
