This class will either start or finish your workouts for the week with a day of active recovery, focusing on full body movements with a core flow.  We will use a variety of equipment from light weights, stability balls Last 10-15 minutes of class will be focused on using foam rollers and stretching. Your body will thank you!  Please bring your own mat.
